Dr Alya Omar studied dentistry at Barts and the London where she won the Dean’s Prize for Research.
Following foundation training Alya went on to complete two years of further training in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery and Paediatric Dentistry, gaining experience in secondary care before returning to general practice.
Alya has a calm and gentle approach that puts patients at ease.
She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, particularly oral surgery and paediatrics.
Outside of dentistry, she enjoys sewing and travelling.
