Referral Offer – Terms & Conditions

• Offer valid from 1st May to 31st May at all Together Dental practices
• The referred patient must be new to Together Dental and booking their first private exam and hygiene appointment.
• The 15% discount applies to the referred patient’s first private hygiene appointment only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
• The referred patient must mention the referrer’s full name at the time of booking or prior to their appointment for the referral to be valid.
• The referrer reward (Amazon voucher) will only be issued once the referred patient has:

1. Attended their first dental examination appointment, and
2. Completed payment in full for their treatment.

• The Amazon voucher will be sent within 5 working days of the qualifying appointment being attended and paid for.
• If the referred patient fails to attend, cancels, or does not proceed with treatment, the referral reward will not be issued.
• Referrals are limited to one reward per referred patient.
• There is no cash alternative to the Amazon voucher.
• This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Together Dental reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend this offer at any time without prior notice.
• Together Dental reserves the right to withhold rewards where misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• By participating in this referral offer, both the referrer and referred patient agree to these Terms & Conditions.
