Meet Our Implant Dentist – Dr Alan Broom
Alan started his dental career in 1990 where he graduated in London, working in private laboratories in London and Essex.
He then went on to study clinical dentistry in Toronto from 1998 to 2002 after which he graduated with the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
In 2003 he was offered the position of Chief Dental Technician for the Cayman Island Government which he carried out until returning to the UK.
In 2006 he started his own practice in Billericay which he built up with an excellent reputation for removable prosthetics (dentures) and Alans special interest in Dental Implant restorations.
He has participated in many prestigious courses around the world. It is Alans goal to improve his knowledge constantly throughout his career. Alan has a great reputation for putting patients at ease as soon as they walk through the door.
In 2020 Alan sold his practice to Together Dental so that he can spend more time practicing and teaching dentistry and less with the admin work which was consuming him before the sale.
Away from work Alan likes to spend time with his wife and children travelling and where possible scuba diving and also the odd round of golf.
