This is the first time I have used the Market Square site. Pleasant, helpful efficient staff. Both appointments I was taken in on time (unlike my old dentist which is why I left them). Tooth extraction was a clean efficient process with little fuss and very quick (thanks to Harveer). Based on this I'll be going back for some implants.

As an extremely anxious person due to past experiences, but also wanting to be able to smile again, I plucked up courage and made an appointment ( having explained my fears on line ) I have now had several visits since April and each time, I got seen almost immediately ( no building up fear in waiting room ) both Dentist and Hygienist talked me through every part of the process and reassuringly stopped momentarily when I raised my hand, They are all so kind, gentle, and understanding but most of all they are gradually giving me back my confidence and erasing bad memories..Excellent care from everyone from the Dr. to receptionists. I am fortunate to have found them.

Just joined the practice after my original practice closed down, first visit was an initial check up and to discuss a required filling, 2nd appointment for filling was booked in quickly and treatment received was over and done with in double quick time. My dentist is fantastic. I am a very very nervous patient and even being in the building makes me nervous. Dr Deu is so patient and makes me feel much better about it all.The reason I'm giving 4 stars is the reception staff. Maybe it's a rule at doctors and dentists that the receptionists have to be miserable and unfriendly? So incredibly rude everytime, don't even bother to look up at you over the gigantic desk while they talk to you.

I'm new to this practice and they were recommended to me by a friend. They were very friendly and helpful, on the phone and face to face. Mine was an emergency appointment for a very painful tooth infection and I was able to see a dentist the same day. I was very impressed with the receptionist I spoke to (sorry, I don't remember her name). Not only was she kind and helpful, but she was also very well informed, and was able to alert me to certain symptoms that, if I experienced them, would necessitate either a 111 phone call or a trip to A & E. The dentist too was kind, helpful and very patient, explaining in great detail what treatment he would recommend and why but with no pressure to make a decision that day. I will definitely be going back to this dentist.

I’ve been going to Oradi for many years now.It gets busy but I can always get someone to answer the phone or reply to an email.Covid has bought more challenges but they are rising to the occasion.I am able to get an appointment when needed,sometimes at very short notice.Staff are helpful and polite,some have been there for many years which is usually a good sign.The treatment that I get is pretty good and I have recommended them to friends and family who have also been impressed.

On Thursday 11th June 2020 I had a tooth extracted at Oradi in Daventry.Although slightly nervous about the procedure, made more so by all the new rules imposed by Covid-19, I couldn't fault the care and consideration I received throughout.Clear instructions were given before and during the appointment, from telephone calls, to text messages and from all members of staff from the moment I entered the dental practice. Everything was well organised and thought out.Gurvinder Singh Bhandal explained the whole procedure, including the risks and what I should expect. I felt at ease and all went smoothly.After care information was given and I could think of no questions to ask as all was covered.It is a relief to have my troublesome tooth sorted at last. Thank you.

As a nervous patient and a fear of needles/injections I was not looking forward to having an extraction, but Dr Bandal was so understanding and explained everything to me every step of the way, he was very kind and kept reassuring me how well I was doing which made me feel much calmer. After 4 injections and 3 lots of top up anaesthetic the tooth came out cleanly and more importantly no more raging toothache for me - yay! 😊 Would definitely recommend this dental practice to family and friends 👍 Sue
