Jane Murugi

We are delighted to introduce Dr Jane Murugi to the Together Dental.  She is a highly qualified Dentist with experience in private orthodontics in the general practice setting.

“I am a General Dental Practitioner with a special interest in orthodontics. As a general dentist, I am driven to listen to your concerns and provide you with the best treatment options and outcome. I am passionate about my profession and the services I provide. I am patient, empathetic and I work well with anxious patients. Apart from English, I am fluent in Portuguese and Swahili.

I graduated in 2022 with a Masters Degree in Clinical Orthodontics and DentoFacial Orthopaedics from BPP University.

I am registered with the GDC as well as with the NHS.

From 2014-2015 I undertook an Integrated Master Degree in Dentistry at CESPU (Instituto Universitário de Ciências de Saúde), in Portugal.

I completed my first degree in dentistry in 2008. This was under a scholarship programme where I was awarded with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. It is among the top 3 best, free public universities in Brazil.

I have a vast experience in General Dentistry. From 2017 to date, I have worked as a general practitioner in the United Kingdom providing both NHS and private dentistry. Before then, I worked under the Ministry of Health in Kenya from 2009 till 2013 as a Dental Officer and the Head of Dental Department.”
