Treatments at Together Dental’s Canvey Island Dental Practice

Eldertree Dental Care has joined the Together Dental family of practices and now as well as having new signage, we are able to extend our dental care.

We offer a wide range of treatments on NHS and affordable independent fee basis.

At your first meeting, our staff will ask you questions about your medical history, address any concerns that you have and give you a complete explanation of any dental procedures you may need. All treatment plans are tailored precisely to your requirements. You will receive a thorough oral examination; if this calls for X-rays, we’ll take these using the latest digital system which reduces radiation exposure to patients.

Following your examination, we will give you a full estimate of treatment costs and timescales. Our fees are competitive and reflect the quality of our work and the materials that we use.
