The only legitimate criticism that could be laid at Sara Oommen's door is her disarming youthful appearance.

In short Sara is 'highly personable'.

However her actions as a competent professional Dentist displays a high level of performance.

A few of her qualities that I have noticed are her 'listening skills' where with me she has always managed to identify the source of the dental complaint.

Then there is the manner in which she almost casually 'creates an efficient plan' to bring about a total resolution to the problem. Allied to this is a quiet but tenacious 'never say die attitude' and resolve to find the elusive answer despite any setbacks.. These skills and more are anchored down by her 'empathy' towards the customer with the clear objective for him or her to leave the 'Dental Practice in a far better state than they originally arrived.
